Mr. Francisco Mateos Vera starts his activity under the name of EXINTER
in 1969, producing valve discs for national compressors.

In 1976 he's joined by his sons Francisco and Juan Carlos.

In 1983, given the volume and importance of the enterprise we create the VALAIRE S.A. Society.

The orders remain to grow as well as our responsability towards our clients; therefore we decided to move and add the appropiate machinery to guarantee even more quality of our valve discs.

Our valve discs create market thanks to a careful selection of the prime materials, periodical controls on the manufacturing process and a jealous quality control of the finished produce.

Our valve discs are being used on the most important national and international brands' compressors. This fact AVALATE the confidence of those enterprises towards a quality produce with very competitive prices.

Mr. Francisco Mateos Jr dies in 1989. This meant a terrible shock for Mr Francisco Mateos Vera and VALAIRE S.A., but our responsability with our clients and our new market in South America and South Africa made us keep on working. Mr Francisco Javier Mateos joins us as Technical Director.

July 1992: DIVALCO S.L. is founded.
We begin to produce a larger amount and variety of compressor parts...

In 1996 we introduce Numeric Control Machinery in order to manufacture other products such as complete valves, precision mechanisings (Minery, Naval Ind., Railways, etc.) with compettitive prices.

1998: Mr Francisco Vera dies. Thanks to his strength, his compromise and discipline, we are still here with more than:

350 m2 of equiped factory
11 permanent workers

200 new projects per year in our technical office.
15Tn of steel (carbon and stainless) permanently.
